 A quick cooking fiesta! Make delicious chicken fajitas with nearly zero effort, in under 20 minutes! 

Seasoned chicken strips are baked alongside bell peppers & onions, then stuffed into flour tortillas with sour cream & our own peanut butter molé sauce.

Assembled in two sizes. Fresh.

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients: Boneless Skinless MB Raised Chicken Breast, Flour Tortillas, Peppers, Onions, Salt, Pepper, Fajita Seasoning (Cornstarch, Chili Powder, Salt, Paprika, Cumin, Sugar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Cayenne, Red Pepper Flakes), Sour Cream, Mole Sauce (Onion, Garlic, Jalapeno, Chili Powder, Flour, Cinnamon, Cumin, Oregano, Vegetable Stock, Peanut Butter, Tomato Paste, Cocoa Powder, Salt)

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

Cooking Method: Stovetop/Oven

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease. Place chicken and peppers onto sheet pan in an even layer. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. While sheet pan bakes, gently warm tortillas. To warm in oven, wrap in foil and bake alongside sheet pan for 5-7 minutes. To warm on the stove, heat directly over the flame of a gas cooktop or in a pan on high heat for about 30 seconds per tortilla.
  4. Serve cooked chicken and peppers in tortillas with sour cream & mole sauce. Enjoy!
