Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos truly capture the essence of summer. Cod loins are paired with flour tortillas, black bean & corn salsa, lime crema & mango peach salsa.

Cooking Instructions:

Cooking:Grill/Oven & Stovetop; 30 minutes

If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hrs.

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season fish with salt and pepper on both sides. Place in pan and cook for 3-4 minutes each side. (Or until fish is cooked through).
  3. Remove from pan, and onto a cutting board and flake fish with a fork. Then transfer to a serving bowl, squeeze lemon over top.
  4. Heat up tortillas in the oven on low.
  5. Serve fish in tortillas, topped with lettuce, mango salsa, lime crema
  6. Supper is ready!  Enjoy!

 

Ingredients: Cod, tortillas (wheat), mango, peaches, red onion,  jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, honey, green onion, salt and pepper, mayo, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, cumin, corn, black beans, diced tomato, garlic powder
