Originating in South Carolina, the Low Country Boil is a warm weather favourite made with seafood, potatoes, corn, sausage, spices & seasonings all in one pot. It's a little something outside of the usual 'dinner' box. Something that is fun, yet also satisfying. The idea is to share a simple, seasonal and delicious meal together, eating with your hands and not being afraid to get messy.
Pairs perfectly with white wine, particularly Chardonnay!
