*Fresh* Souvlaki Pork Chops


A delicious Mediterranean plate! Marinated pork chops can be grilled or cooked in a pan/skillet. Served alongside lemon potatoes, fresh pita and tzatziki.

Stovetop, Oven &/Or Grill Cooking Instructions: 20-25 Mins

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Pour potatoes and all liquids into baking
dish. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes
until potatoes are tender and beginning
to crisp.
3. While potatoes bake, cook pork chops.
Option to cook on stovetop or on grill.
If choosing to grill, preheat grill and cook
on medium-high heat for approximately 5-6
minutes per side until internal temperature
of 145F.
If choosing to cook on the stovetop, preheat
a large skillet/oven safe frying pan on med.
high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and sear
pork chops for 3-4 minutes on first side.
Flip all pork chops, then place entire pan
in oven to finish cooking to internal temp.
of 145F. Approximately 10 minutes.
4. If desired, place pita in oven directly on
rack. Heat until desired level.
5. Serve cooked pork chops alongside
potatoes, pita and tzatziki.
