Sriracha Maple Glazed Pork Chops with Bell Peppers & Toasted Grains

Pork chops are pan seared and then glazed in our own maple sriracha sauce - a sweet and spicy sauce that is warming and perfect for transitional summer to fall weather. Served alongside sautéed bell peppers & mushrooms and a hearty grain blend. 

We recommend adding an apple crisp to your order to enjoy for dessert after this meal!

Assembled in two sizes. Frozen.

Ingredients: Pork Chops, Maple Sriracha Sauce (Maple Syrup, Sriracha, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Lime, Cumin, Canola Oil, Brown Sugar, Beef Stock Concentrate), 7 Grain Blend (Contains Wheat), Bell Pepper, Mushroom, Salt, Pepper

Cooking Time: 25-30 Minutes

Cooking Method: Stovetop or Oven

  1. Combine grains in a pot with water (2 cups for half size, 4 cups for full size). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes until grains are tender and liquid is absorbed.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet with a drizzle of oil high heat. Add peppers and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until blistered and browned in spots & glistening.
  3. Remove vegetables from pan and set aside. Return hot skillet to stove.
  4. For half sizes, pan sear chops in the hot skillet for 5 minutes on the first side, then flip and cook for 2 minutes. Add sauce, cover and cook for another 4-5 minutes, basting once or twice.

For full sizes, sear pork chops for 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking sheet or baking dish. Brush with glaze. Broil for 4-6 minutes, brushing with sauce once. Drizzle any remaining sauce over plates when serving.

  1. Serve glazed pork chops over a bed of grains and cooked vegetables. Enjoy!
