Vegan Tacos


With cauliflower walnut taco 'meat', cilantro sauce, cashew queso & black bean corn salsa

Cooking Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Spray baking sheet & evenly spread cauliflower walnut taco meat on tray. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through cook time (@ 15 minutes).
  3. Place tortilla shells on a baking sheet. Warm in oven for the final 5 minutes of cooking time.
  4. Remove taco ‘meat’ and taco shells from oven and serve family style along with cilantro sauce, black bean and corn salsa, cashew queso & warmed taco shells.

Ingredients: Cauliflower, chipotles in adobo sauce, salt, pepper, walnuts, cashews, tomatillo salsa, taco seasoning, cilantro, red wine vinegar, canola oil, water, red chili flakes, serrano chili, black beans, corn, lime juice, cumin, chili powder
