Buffalo Chicken with Herb Pasta

Marinated buffalo chicken is baked or pan fried. Served with our highly addictive buttermilk sauce and herb penne pasta.

Cooking Instructions: Stovetop or Oven, 20-25 Minutes

1. Cook chicken.
OVEN METHOD: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Add chicken and marinade to a greased baking dish;
cook for 25 minutes or until internal temperature
reaches 165°F.
STOVETOP METHOD: Place 2 tbsp of oil in the
bottom of a pan. Heat the oil over medium heat.
Add the chicken and marinade to the pan and cook
for 15-20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Stir often and turn chicken once.
2. Meanwhile, bring a medium pot 3/4 full of
salted water to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add the pasta to the water and stir. Cook for
10-12 minutes until tender. Drain and toss pasta
with parmesan cheese and herb mixture.
3. Serve buffalo chicken with the cool buttermilk sauce
drizzled overtop and the pasta on the side.
4. Supper is ready, enjoy!
