1. Bring a medium sized pot of water to a boil (4 cups for half, 8 cups for full) for the pasta salad. Meanwhile, also preheat grill or frying pan to medium-high heat. 2. Once water boils, add macaroni & cook for 7 mins or until al dente (not completely soft, still with a little bite). Drain pasta & combine with tomato mixture in a separate bowl. Add parmesan cheese. Set aside to let the flavours combine & let the sauce soak into the pasta. 4. Now that your grill (or pan) is hot, cook the burgers! Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side. 5. Grill buns during final 3 mins of burger cook time. (or quickly broil in oven) 6. Place cooked burgers on grilled buns. Top with Greek mayo. Serve with pasta salad on the side. 7. Enjoy!
