With cauliflower walnut taco 'meat', cilantro sauce, cashew queso & black bean corn salsa
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Spray baking sheet & evenly spread cauliflower walnut taco meat on tray. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through cook time (@ 15 minutes).
- Place tortilla shells on a baking sheet. Warm in oven for the final 5 minutes of cooking time.
- Remove taco ‘meat’ and taco shells from oven and serve family style along with cilantro sauce, black bean and corn salsa, cashew queso & warmed taco shells.
