Jewelled Rice

Fragrant basmati rice mixed with spices, pistachios and dried fruit. Delicious as a cold salad or warmed side dish. 

Serves 4-6. 

Ingredients: Basmati Rice, Pistachios, Almonds, Cranberries, Raisins, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, Olive Oil, Curry Powder, Cumin, Salt and Pepper.
