Chicken Enchiladas

One of our best selling menu items! This simple tray bake is perfect to have on hand for a last minute dinner. 

Tortillas are generously stuffed with flavourful, cheesy chicken and topped with tangy enchilada sauce, then baked to perfection. Served with a side of rice. 

Ingredients: Manitoba raised boneless chicken (cooked), salsa, sour cream, lime juice, marinara, rice, jalapeno, cilantro, parsley, oregano, monterey jack cheese, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
