Heat & Eat - Eggplant Parmesan

A classic eggplant parmesan that's read to heat and serve! Lightly breaded eggplant is topped with our homemade marinara and melted mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. 

Frozen. Serves 1. 

Ingredients: Eggplant (flour, corn flour, baking soda, salt), Cottage Cheese, Marinara (crushed tomatoes, onions, garlic, olive oil, sugar, spices), Mozzarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese.
