A satisfying meatless choice. Simple & high in protein.

Single Serving Size.

Heat in microwave for 3-5 minutes once thawed out, or about 10 minutes from frozen. Flipping or stirring if needed. 

Ingredients: cooked quinoa, marinara sauce (tomato, olive oil, salt, pepper, basil), black beans, corn, jalapeno, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
