Recovery Packages

Imagine having reliable, nutritious and convenient support in the kitchen during times of recovery from a surgery, postpartum period, injury or life change.

This is a true one stop shop that makes it easier than ever to focus on recovery. 

The meals are designed to be rich in flavour and in nutrients (protein, fibre, low in sugar).

One is a subscription type package for 4 weeks which will include a combination of fresh and frozen foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The other is a one time purchase bundle of food intended to offer support in the kitchen for about 1 week. 

This is the beginning of our expansion into more health focused, nourishing types of foods. We are planning on having an entire freezer in the shop that customers can create their own bundles from, or that we can create gift packages out of. Once the recovery packages launch we will have that freezer full by the end of May.
