Rolled Asparagus & Asiago Chicken with Cranberry Rice


Perfect for any occasion, this dish is made to impress! Manitoba raised chicken breasts are stuffed with an asiago cheese blend & crisp asparagus, then coated in a crispy breading. Paired with a surprisingly delicious cranberry infused rice.  

Cooking: Stovetop; 15 minutes. 

1. If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 400F. Remove the lid, bags, and
plastic wrap from the pan and place the chicken in
the oven, uncovered. Cook for 30 minutes or until
internal temperature of chicken reaches 165F.
3. Meanwhile, drain any excess liquid from the
mushroom and onions mixture. Place in a medium
pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the rice mixture, along with 3 cups of water
(1.5 cups for half orders). Stir to mix.
4. Cover and reduce heat to medium low.
Cook for 20 minutes or until all water has been absorbed
and rice is tender.
5. Stir in cranberries and serve.
